Project Overview
As Project Manager for the Family Affairs Council, I led the end-to-end delivery of a nationwide awareness and engagement program executed across six regions. The initiative combined in-person events, multimedia content creation, and digital campaigns under a unified strategic identity.
My role encompassed comprehensive planning and coordination — from workshop execution and creative production to vendor management and quality assurance — ensuring all components were delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the council’s communication objectives.

Core Responsibilities
Program Management: Directed end-to-end delivery across six regional workstreams, maintaining full oversight of timelines, scope, and performance metrics.
Workshops and Field Operations: Planned and executed six nationwide workshops, including speaker sourcing, coordination with doctors and subject-matter experts, participant briefings, logistics, and on-site management.
Content Production: Led creative development for both live-action and animated video content, managing production houses and studios, overseeing scriptwriting, and developing campaign slogans and visual identities.
Influencer Campaigns: Managed influencer collaborations from shortlisting and contracting to content review, quality control, and engagement tracking.
Vendor and Logistics Oversight: Coordinated hospitality, travel, and operational logistics across all regional activations to ensure seamless execution.
Quality Assurance and Scope Control: Enforced QA checkpoints, validated deliverables against approved scope, and maintained alignment with campaign objectives throughout execution.
Key Achievements and Impact
Delivered 6 national workshops with 100% attendance from confirmed speakers and participants.
Produced 8 live-action and 5 animated videos, averaging ≤2 approval rounds per deliverable.
Developed a reusable visual identity system that reduced design turnaround by 35% for future campaigns.
Managed influencer campaigns achieving a reach of 2.4M, engagement rate of 6.8%, and cost per engagement (CPE) of SAR 0.47.
Achieved 100% milestone completion on time with zero scope deviation.
